1-Room Rustic Camping Cabins We have seven 1-room Rustic Camping Cabins. The Camping Cabins are 12' x 12' inside and have an 8' x 12' covered deck off the front. There is no water to the Camping Cabins. (No bathroom, no sink- no plumbing of any kind) There is a water spigot nearby. The central bathhouse is located about 300' away. There you will find clean and modern sinks, toilets, showers. The Camping Cabins have electricity; you may want to bring a coffee maker, fan, or small electric heater.. Each has a 4 cu ft refrigerator and a microwave. A picnic table and fire ring are outside. We have free Wi-Fi throughout the campground. There is one full bed and one set of twin bunkbeds, a small chest of drawers. No pillows. We do not provide linens for the Camping Cabins (unless you are really desperate!) No minimum stay although some cabins are saved for weekly rentals. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Main Campground 7 Camping Cabins are situated at the edge of our baseball fields with apple trees behind them. Behind the apple tress are 1-bedroom cabins and campsites. The Camping Cabins are located to the right of the Blue Cabins on the Map. 2013 Rates Rates are for up to 4 persons Maximum Occupancy 4 persons One room with one full bed and one set of twin bunkbeds. We accept reservations year round. Reservations made prior to April 1 must be for a 7 night stay. Friday check-in to Friday check-out. On April 1, we begin accepting reservations for 3-6 night stays and may accept 1-2 night stays based on availability.

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

Reservations made prior to March 1: $100 at time of reservation. Balance due by March 15.
Reservations made after March 1: Full payment at time of reservation.

No refunds unless Camping Cabin is rerented less a $25 handling fee.

VISITOR POLICY

Only registered overnight guests are allowed on the grounds.
Visitors are not allowed at the Camping Cabins or anywhere else on Beaver Valley grounds.
Visitors are not allowed at pools, playground, etc.
(We may make exceptions on an individual basis.)

There will be a $20 per person fee for any unauthorized visitors.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR DREAMS PARK FAMILIES:
We never allow team parties.
Your child and/or spouse who are staying at the Dreams Park are considered part of your family
and are not treated as visitors. They may come and go as you please.
Your child and/or spouse may enjoy the full use of Beaver Valley facilities including pools, playground, pond, etc.
If there will be an additional car, please have your spouse stop in the office to get a car pass.
Glimmerglass State Park has facilities for team parties: swimming, covered pavilion, grills, etc.
Barnyard Swing Mini-golf also has facilities for team parties.

QUIET HOUR

10 PM - 8 AM
We strictly enforce Quiet Hours.
(If you don't think you can abide by our Quiet Hours, please consider staying elsewhere.
Seriously! Beaver Valley may not be the best place for your stay!)

After 10 PM:
Radios must be turned off completely. No outside TVs.
No loud cackling. Please use your library voice.
All children must be with you at your site.
Playground is closed.
All visitors must leave.
