1-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers
We have eight 1-bedroom LOG CABIN Trailers
(and six 2-bedroom LOG CABIN Trailers)
approximately 12’ x 28’.
They have log siding and wood interiors
and sit up on wheels. |

| Each has a kitchenette equipped with 10 cu ft refrigerator,
2 burner stove, sink, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, microwave. A picnic
table, fire ring and gas grill are outside. |
| The bedroom
can sleep 5 in bunkbeds. There is a full bed on bottom and a single bed on top on
one side, and a set of twin bunkbeds on the other side.
The 1-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers can sleep 4 adults or
3 adults and their children under the age of 18.
(The 2-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers can sleep 6
adults or
4 adults and their children under the age of 18.) |

Upstairs sleeping loft has 2 mattresses on the carpeted
floor. |
| Each has a private bath with shower, toilet and sink. |

The Log Cabins
come furnished and can include linens for an additional fee. There is no daily
housekeeping/cleaning available; some basic cleaning supplies are left in each Cabin for
you to use. Please note: when we provide linens, we give you an ample supply for the week.
We do not exchange linens during your stay. There is a coin operated laundry on site.
There are no dishwashers or phones. Each has a ceiling fan and air conditioner in the
kitchen/living room and a box fan in each bedroom. Each has central heat and a
13" TV/VCR or TV/DVD. We do not have cable in our area and we do not get
any TV reception. Please bring videos/DVDs--there is also a video rental store near
us. |

No refunds unless Log Cabin is rerented less a $100 handling fee.
NIGHTLY RENTALS: No refunds unless Log Cabin is rerented less a $25

SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT

$150 PER UNIT |
The unit will be inspected upon your
departure. You will be charged for anything missing or damaged and for any excessive
cleaning. If an animal is brought into the unit, you will forfeit the entire $150.

VISITOR POLICY

Visitors are not allowed at the
Log Cabin Trailers.
Visitors are not allowed in the main campground area--at pools,
playground, etc.
Only registered overnight guests and visiting members of your immediate family (child,
spouse) are allowed in the main campground area. |
