2-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers
We have six 2-bedroom LOG CABIN Trailers
approximately 12’ x 28’.
They have log siding and wood interiors and sit up on wheels.
Located directly across from the playground.

Each has a private bath with shower and toilet.... (Please
note: the 2 bedroom units do not have a sink in the bathroom. The only sink is in
the kitchen.) |
| ....a kitchenette equipped with 10 cu ft refrigerator, 2
burner stove, sink, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, microwave. A picnic
table, fire ring and gas grill are outside.
The dining room/kitchenette has a kitchen table and chairs. There are no
futons. |

| Each bedroom can sleep 3
in bunkbeds with a full bed on bottom and a single bed on top. There is room in one
of the bedrooms for your portable crib.
The 2-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers can sleep 6 adults or
4 adults and their children under the age of 18. |

Five of the Log Cabin Trailers have small
upstairs sleeping lofts that would be suitable for 2 children.
One of the 2-bedroom Log Cabin Trailers DOES NOT
have a loft.
It is $50 less per week.
If you want a loft, please request one when reserving. |
The Log Cabins come furnished and can
include linens for an additional fee. There is no daily housekeeping/cleaning available;
some basic cleaning supplies are left in each Cabin for you to use. Please note: when we
provide linens, we give you an ample supply for the week. We do not exchange linens during
your stay. There is a coin operated laundry on site. There are no dishwashers or phones.
Each has a ceiling fan and air conditioner in the kitchen/dining room and a box fan in
each bedroom. Each has an electric heater (no central heat) and a 13"
TV/DVD. We do not have cable in our area and we do not get any TV reception.
Please bring videos--there is also a video rental store near us. |

Rates are for up to 6 Adults or 4 Adults and their children
under the age of 18
Each bedroom has 1 set of bunkbeds
with full bed on bottom and twin on top.
Loft has 2 twin mattresses on the carpeted floor.
We accept reservations year round.
Reservations made prior to April 1 must be
for a 7 night stay. Friday check-in to Friday check-out.
On April 1, we begin accepting reservations
for 3-6 night stays and may accept 1-2 night stays based on availability.

3-6 NIGHT RENTALS: No refunds unless Log Cabin is rerented less a
$15 per night handling fee. |
SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT

$150 PER UNIT |
The unit will be inspected upon your
departure. You will be charged for anything missing or damaged and for any excessive
cleaning.
If an animal is brought into the unit, you will forfeit the entire $150.

VISITOR POLICY
|
Only registered overnight guests are
allowed on the grounds.
Visitors are not allowed at the 2 bedroom Log Cabin Trailers.
Visitors are not allowed at pools, playground, etc.
We may make exceptions on an individual basis.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR DREAMS PARK FAMILIES:
We never allow team parties.
Your minor child and/or spouse who are staying at the Dreams Park are considered part of
your family
and are not treated as visitors. They may come and go as you please.
Your minor child and/or spouse enjoy full use of the campground facilities.
If there will be an additional car, please have your spouse stop in the office to get a
car pass. |
